I hope you had a great Holiday Season,

I decided to take some time off creating content to bring you a new product, Open Source Fitness AI. I’m calling it the Blueprint Builder.

When reflecting on the typical Open Source Fitness journey this is what I came up with:

Find my content on Twitter
Take the leap and download the Alpha Blueprint
Learn that most fitness advice is awful and discover there is a better way to do fitness
See real results in the 8 week transformation without giving up a normal lifestyle
Now you believe you have a realistic, actionable plan to start your own health journey
Start implementing the Open Source Fitness protocol then realize there’s a million questions that come along with building your own blueprint within the framework of 10k steps, 3x workouts, 1 ingredient foods, 8 hour eating window.

So no matter how much free content I create, there will always be a gap between seeing what I do vs building your own blueprint.

Hence, introducing Open Source Fitness AI

This idea was inspired by listening to Preston Pysh and Jeff Booth talk about being able to upload content into AI making custom Chat GPT for personalized results.

Then I thought wow, what if I could upload my AlphaBlueprint PDF, Newsletters, and Twitter content into my own AI. That would be the perfect product to complement the Open Source Fitness journey.

Turns out I could, so I did.

I’ve been learning prompt engineering and experimenting with the product myself. Honestly, it’s blown me away with the results I’m getting.

Which is why I’ll be including a prompt library (premade prompts to copy and paste) to go along with the Blueprint Builder and a brief education section so you can create your own awesome prompts.

Again I want this to be affordable for anybody who is looking for help. I couldn’t possibly work with hundreds of people one on one but this product gets pretty damn close. There’s still a lot of work to be done especially effectively communicating and visualizing what this product will be able to do which will be challenging because of all the use cases, but really excited to get this released.
